From time to time the Government will direct the Tribunal to into inquire into particular issues. The Tribunal’s completed inquiry reports are listed at the bottom of this page.
On 21 January 2021, Government announced that the Tribunal would inquire into recognition for members and families of members who are injured, wounded or killed in or as a result of service. While the nominal closing date for submissions set out in the Terms of Reference has passed, the Tribunal continues to accept submissions to this inquiry. Submissions should be lodged by 31 May 2021.
